He's opening his fifth location (another behemoth that he's building from scratch) later this year.
Mark is an absolute master of the chaos - has a team over 30 employees across his locations and has hired and fired more people in the last 3 years than most of us will ever hire in our lifetime.
He's an expert leader-maker (it takes some HORSES to run these mega-operations) and brings a perspective and level of experience that, frankly, I don't know if I've seen anywhere else in the industry. Know anyone else who grew from a tiny warehouse to four (going on five) mega-facilities that'll do over 4M in revenue? I don't!
These guys are, for my money, two of the absolute best minds (and humans) in this industry.
And we still haven't talked about the other people in the room.
Every member is vetted for mindset, production ($30k+ in monthly revenue minimum, the average non-coach in the room is over $1M/yr), and personality fit (sorry, if we think you're a jerk or you're not gonna add to the room we won't let you in).

Connor and Mark are also super busy guys that don’t make their $$$ in masterminds or coaching, and so I begged them to go with me on this to allow me to twist their arms to create private, consistent access to them, their businesses, their knowledge, their systems, etc. without charging and arm and a leg for individual consulting fees.
